He has particular interests in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and weightlfiting. He grew up in Portishead and has played football for many of the surrounding teams such as Clevedon Town and Nailsea United.

Rikke is a fully qualified chiropractor with over four years’ experience in the UK and Norway. She graduated with First Class Honours from AECC University College, earning her Master’s in Chiropractic (MChiro), and has completed additional training in dry needling and a Medical Foundation Year.

Rikke is a fully qualified chiropractor with over four years’ experience in the UK and Norway. She graduated with First Class Honours from AECC University College, earning her Master’s in Chiropractic (MChiro), and has completed additional training in dry needling and a Medical Foundation Year.
She has worked in private multidisciplinary clinics, treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions with an evidence-based, hands-on approach. Rikke is also a STOTT-trained Pilates instructor, teaching reformer Pilates weekly, and has a background as a competitive dancer and certified dance instructor.
Outside the clinic, Rikke enjoys strength training, Pilates, and long-distance running – and is currently training for her first full marathon, the Oslo Marathon in September.
